We provide a safe environment for every woman attending to receive ministry in a safe biblically sound environment.
We are a multi-generational, multi-denominational conference so women of every age can enjoy ministry together.
Over the course of the weekend every woman will receive special gifts designed to confirm their value.
our history
In March of 2001 several women gathered for prayer. It was during this
time that God confirmed that He had a new purpose… developing
conferences speaking to the value of every woman. During the next
several months we prayed about this new organization and asked God for
His direction and guidance. Elevated to Excellence was birthed.
From the beginning E2E has had a nucleus of committed women who believed in the ministry and its mission. These godly women gave financially to get E2E off the ground and continue to support it in many ways.
We were aware of another conference ministry under the leadership of Rosella Fox called Women of Excellence. It was important that the similarity of names was not a conflict with other believers. We received their full blessing to move forward with our new name. When Rosella went home to be with the Lord we received communication from her daughter, Sylvia Pergrin, that they would like to merge Women of Excellence into Elevated to Excellence.

In June of 2005 we officially
combined the two ministries, adding a rich heritage to the E2E.
From our very first conference we have witnessed the lives of women being touched in dynamic ways; Women on the verge of suicide given new and abundant life, marriages restored, family reunited and more.
God continues to bring gifted men and women of all ages and walks of life who pour into this life impacting ministry.
Elevated to Excellence conferences are held annually in the United States and Canada. As well, E2E has been to Bulgaria. It is through the generous support of people who believe in our vision that E2E continues to grow and change. We look forward to new growth, new friends and new nations as we continue to serve and care for God’s people.

Mission Statement
We have designed Elevated to Excellence™ Women’s Conferences to speak to the value of every woman. Our teachers, who are drawn from diverse walks of life and church backgrounds, are dynamic women who know the importance of finding their value through a relationship with God and His Word.The word excellence means “to be of great worth or quality; something of incredible value”. Jesus paid a costly price for us to have that relationship with God, and we believe each person is valuable in God’s sight! It is God’s love that transforms us into the excellent women God created us to be and He has sought us out to reveal His love for us. This is the true Cinderella story - Jesus is our Prince who loves us and elevates us to our identity in Christ. Psalm 18:35-36 affirms this: “You give me Your shield of victory, and Your right hand sustains me; You stoop down to make me great. You broaden the path beneath me.” (NIV) We believe this message of finding your value and purpose in Christ is multi-generational and multi–cultural - a message for every woman.
