Christina Williams

Christina Williams is the Founder/ Director of Elevated to Excellence Women’s Conferences. She is a dynamic speaker who has taught extensively in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and other nations.  She was ordained  with her husband, Grady, and together they have served in pastoral ministry for over 30 years. They also teach “The Secret to Enduring Love” marriage seminars. She is the author of ‘Excelling in Character’, a study on the book of Titus. Her desire is for women to realize their true value and giftedness in the sight of God. They have two amazing adult children, a dearly loved son-in law, and two incredible grandchildren.

Shirley Bridwell

Shirley Kunau Bridwell is an international ordained minister, missionary, leadership consultant and fashion stylist. She is a sought after speaker and  one of the founders of Elevated to Excellence. Her heart is to encourage each individual to encounter God more fully and live life as a conduit of God’s unconditional love.

Patti Helzer

Patti Helzer is an Ordained Minister and received an Honorary Doctorate from Kaiawa International University of Uganda in Humanities. She is the Founder of Mourning to Morning Ministries, a ministry that exists to enable to people to find redemption in the midst of difficult circumstances. She is an international speaker for women’s conferences, leadership training and has had the honor of preaching in churches internationally and locally bringing messages of hope, truth and God’s love.

Sandra Bond

Sandra Bond is the Founder of Fresh Start Ministries, a ministry committed to helping those whose lives and families have been affected by addiction, abuse, infidelity and abandonment.   Sandra is an ordained pastor as well as a successful career woman and has experience with insurance, real estate leasing and development, marketing and being a business owner.   Her cry is to “ . . . bring good news to the poor, to heal the broken-hearted, to announce release to captives and freedom to those in prison . . .” Isaiah 61:1

Cathy Coppola

Cathy Coppola  is an ordained pastor, an international speaker, and author. She is the founder of “Where the Fire Meets the Clouds.”  A ministry dedicated to proclaiming God’s truth, creating an atmosphere of faith where captives held in bondage by the lies of the enemy are set free, and miracles happen. Cathy has been married to her husband, Phil, for 29 years and together they have raised their four children.

Judi Petersen

Judi Petersen is a workshop speaker and a Graphic Designer for Elevated to Excellence. Judi is a follower of Jesus, a revivalist, whose heart’s desire is to see people healed, whole and set free in body, mind, soul and spirit. Her greatest desire is to bring people to the knowledge of the great love of the Father, the sacrifice of Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Kathi Winter

Kathi Winter is an HIV advocate, educator and international speaker since 1996. Her audiences include various denominations, women’s conferences, universities, NGO’s, bible schools, and educational Christian venues. Kathi has led missions teams over 14 times to Eastern Africa. She has attended multiple International Aids conferences as a reporter focusing on women’s issues including HIV and Social Justice. Her 32 years experience as a marketing consultant is pivotal as she now serves in overseas missions and on non-profit boards empowering and mentoring women in leadership. Out of her life’s journey, Kathi teaches on God’s Grace for Deliverance,  Identity in Christ, Triumph Over Tragedy, Forgiving the Unforgivable,  Safe People and How to choose Relationships that Empower  you.

Joyce Bays

Joyce Bays, who holds an AA in Theology, has been married to Richard for 49 years (since she was 16). They have one grown son and two teenage grandsons. In her home church, Joyce has written and taught Bible classes, overseen prayer ministries, and served on the Women’s Leadership Team. She has also been a leader in Aglow, holding a number of different positions, including founding president of Cerritos Aglow, and serving on the Orange County Area Leadership Team. She has had the privilege of being a featured speaker at churches, women’s events, and Aglow meetings.

Cherie Francis-Boegeman

Cherie Francis-Boegeman is a pediatric occupational therapist and small business owner. She works with children diagnosed with autism and sensory integrative dysfunction at her clinic “The Launchpad, Therapy for Kids” in San Juan Capistrano, California. She is a speaker and co-founder of the “Free to Love Again” Divorce Recovery Workshop established in 2007. Cherie is also a co-author of the book Sacred Suffering to be released in 2015. She lives with her husband Steve, Together they are parenting their 23 year-old daughter and 17 year-old son in Lake Forest, California. When not on the sideline at the soccer field or serving at The Connection Church, Cherie enjoys being in the outdoors hiking and camping.
